If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us for exchange, subject to the following terms.
Exchange: within 180 days of original purchase*
*Exchange only with following terms. No refunds on contact lenses purchase in-store. Exchanges for the same product with a different prescription can be made within 180 days of the original purchase date. The exchange item(s) must be in original conditions: boxes must be unmarked, undamaged, unopened, uncut. Products have to be unexpired. There will be no exchanges or refunds on all astigmatism/toric and presbyopia/multi-focal products.
Exchange: 7 days*
*Sunglasses can be exchanged within 7 days of original purchase. Frame and lenses must be in the original and new condition with original packaging. Store credit will be issued if a lesser value item is chosen for exchange. Subject to inspection. No refunds on Sunglasses.
Prescription eyewear is customized to each individual, there will be no refunds. For exchanges due to prescription adjustment please see “Manufacturer Warranty” with the purchase.
We are unable to process refunds to a new or different payment method than what was previously used to purchase the original purchase.
