Dr. Francis Liu earned his Bachelor of Science degree with distinction at the University of Toronto. He then completed a Master of Science degree in Biomedical Physics at the Ontario Cancer Institute under an Ontario Graduate Scholarship.
In 2015, he obtained his Doctorate of Optometry degree from State University of New York College of Optometry in New York, NY and is board certified in Ontario.
